Elis is the founder and principal producer at Conexion, and thrives on the challenges of entrepreneurship, parenting, and leading a team. She's a proud mom to her five-year-old daughter Evie. In her free time she's learning guitar, working out, and listening to classic 70s and 80s rock like Steely Dan, Crosby Stills and Nash, and The White Stripes. She also has a passion for AI, and a fun fact is she makes her own AI-generated music on Suno.
Based in the Philippines, Jasper is often the first person you hear from when you reach out to Conexion. He responds fast, resolves questions on the spot, and brings genuine warmth to every interaction. If you've emailed us, there's a good chance Jasper was the one who wrote back.
Raul is the voice you're most likely to hear when you call Conexion. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he brings a customer-first attitude to every single conversation and makes sure no question goes unanswered. He's the kind of teammate who genuinely enjoys helping people.
Ivette is the one who makes sure you actually understand your policy. As assistant producer and account manager, she walks clients through their coverages in plain language, helps manage accounts, and is a key part of making sure nothing falls through the cracks when it matters most.
